Bonjour!!!!Aujourd'hui, pas de grande histoire à raconter, pas même une petite... Peut être (sûrement) encore un peu endormie (rires!!)...
Donc, passons directement à la recette!
Préparation : 10 min
Pour 2 gros hamburgers
8 tranches de bacon
4 oeufs
5-6 cs de lait
4 tranches de fromage (type cheddar ou autre)
2 poignées de gruyère râpé
1 tomate coupée en rondelles
2 cs de sauce de votre choix (nous on a mis une petite sauce au yaourt et aux herbes)
2 pains à hamburger (soit 4 morceaux)
Sel, poivre
2 coupelles à crèmes brûlées
Couper 4 tranches de bacon en fines lanières. Les faire revenir dans une poêle anti-adhésive jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient croustillantes. Ajouter alors les oeufs battus avec le lait et mélanger sans arrêt. Quand les oeufs brouillés sont presque cuits, ajouter le gruyère, du sel et du poivre.Verser la préparation dans les coupelles à crèmes brûlées en tassant bien. Mettre alors les pains à hamburger et les tranches de bacon restantes dans la poêle pour qu'ils chauffent (ne pas ajouter de matières grasses surtout). Déposer une tranche de fromage puis une tranche de bacon sur le oeufs brouillés. Enlever les pains de la poêle, mettre sur celui du bas un peu de sauce, une tranche de fromage, une rondelle de tomate puis retourner les oeufs brouillés sur le tout (normalement ça se démoule tout seul). Repartir alors encore une tranche de bacon, un peu de sauce, une rondelle de tomate et le chapeau de pain!

Vous verrez, c'est très bon mais TRÈS nourrissant! Un seul suffit largement, (surtout que nous, nous avions pris les plus gros pains à hamburger que l'on peut trouver!!! rires!)
